Is Wrath's inherent weakness supposed to be exploited in combat?

@Valencer hmmm now I realized how I kept winning against this one dude running fasalla's a while ago on my stam dk running 5 dots... by what @Lexxypwns said I should've been debugged constantly which I wasn't. Ah well, that means the set is quite easily countered as you can just like vigor > igneous > rally and by the time you rally the debuff is gone. Now I guess that's why ppl don't run it on here haha

Oh, it's a ridiculously strong set that makes it really tough to put down whomever is wearing it, unless youre a magicka sorc.. Im sure this set would get a lot more hate if it did anything to shieldstackers.

There's also "DoTs" in the game that arent actually counted as DoTs because theyre player-based AoE DoTs that don't put an actual effect on enemies, like corrosive armour and hurricane. So if youre on your stamina DK don't use corrosive armour vs a fasalla's user unless youre at high health, and as a stamina sorc youre just kind of screwed :D

This mechainic intentionally posesses this inherent weakness, but in practice it is impossible to exploit.
I like your idea @Kas! Maybe like if one builds 10 stacks of wrath the next attack is empowered, much like unchained works right now. That would pretty much take wrath out of the picture for heavy armor dps, imo.

@valencer I guess that makes it a bit harder, especially for stam sorcs :(
