Well 110 seems pretty good in this game. I noticed you did say + though. You gotta have the best, You gotta have Fancy Feast! (Razum dar and Maiq the liar love that one!)

You can't. MMO servers always have high ping.

    I have 20-40 ping in CS:GO/Overwatch. I'm at 100-120 in ESO.

The latency reported by the game is more like the round-trip latency through the network to the server, through the server processing, and then back to the client. That's roughly how long it takes for the server to see an action you do, and for it to be reflected back to the client. Network latency is only a part of that - server latency is the other part of it. I typically have around 100 reported in game, and only about half that is network latency (on Mac you can get the round trip TCP delay for the connection to the server - "nettop" on the command line).

Make sure you have Port Triggering on the Router enabled for the ports the game needs. Google the model of your router and port triggering to get the instructions on how to do this.

    https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1133/kw/

Also, you may want to turn off any software or windows firewalls you have (as your router is taking care of that function if your on a private IP on your side of the router and a public IP on the ISP side of the router). But at least tell your firewalls to ignore the game.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I started using wtfast is works good also open file location on your launcher and delete host.developer files 0-10 only delete the ones with numbers this is your pathway from your PC to zos's server if you dont remove these it never changes.

There isn't anything you can do.

If you already have stable packets, and your ping is around <30 to standard DNS servers, and you still have a high latency on ESO, then the problem isn't you, it's the server.

You must be suffering with an extremely low ping of 110...........I have to live with a 300+ average, imagine how I feel.

ESO always has high ping (or perhaps reports it differently). My latency in WoW or SWTOR is usually under 20ms, ESO is always 100-120.

So I guess that kind of answers your question. How do you lower your ping? Play a different game.

Right unless you get a better pathway which is what wtfast.com does or deleting your host.developers files in the launcher folder.

I could be wrong but I think your ping is partly dependent on how far away your pc is from the game's server location. The greater the distance, the greater the ping.

Your PC isn't connected directly to the server it goes through a few servers if you can cut them down that's how you can get your ping lower.

ZOS should really consider putting a server in your neck of the woods.
