New latency issues since Homestead with abilities

Since the Homstead patch, I have started dying instantly from 100% to 0%, and after analyzing my combat log, I realize that the "same ability" from the same player hits me at the same exact second multiple times in a row. Looks like the skills are being queued up, not processing when they should and eventually pop all at the same time resulting in an extreme amount of damage in a short period of time. A lot of my friends are getting the same issue.

  • Fix Volendrung (spawn location - weapon white on the map causing the wielder to keep it forever - usable with emperorship)
  • Remove / Change CPs System, remove current CP/noCP campaigns and introduce one 30days with lock, one with no locks
  • Fix crashes when approaching a keep under attack because of bad / wrong rendering prioritization system
  • Change emperorship to value faction score points and not alliance points - see this and this
  • Fix long loading screens (mostly caused by players joining group out of rendering range)
  • Add 2 more quickslots to the wheel or add a different wheel for sieges weaponry only
  • Fix Balista Bolts not dealing damage on walls or doors if deployed at a certain place
  • Release bigger battlegrounds with 8 to 16 players per team and only two teams
  • Fix the permanent block animation - see examples : link1 link2 link3 link4 link5
  • Gives players 10 minutes to get back into Cyrodiil after relogging / crashing
  • Add a function to ignore the Claiming system of useless rewards
  • Improve the Mailing System / Rewards of the Worthy stacking
  • Assign specific group sizes to specific campaigns (24-16-8)
  • Make forward camps impossible to place near objectives
  • Make snares only available from ground effects abilities
  • Change emperorship to last minimum 24hours
  • Fix body sliding after cc breaking too quickly
  • Remove Block Casting through Battle Spirit
  • Fix the speed drop while jumping - see video
  • Fix loading screens when keeps upgrade
  • Fix Rams going crazy (spinning around)
  • Bring back dynamic ulti regeneration
  • Fix speed bug (abilities locked)

    Is this only during laggy situations, so it's the way the server is processing issues under stress?

    There is a new/old bug/exploit with crit charge where youre invisible for the enemy and the dmg is getting stored. Some ppl on EU PC know how to intentionally do that..

    Does anyone have footage of this? I hate to be untrusting but there are a lot of "bugs/exploits" which are created because people can't explain it otherwise.

    If there is video proof of the bugs recreation method then it's worth posting it to the devs directly. Also submit a bug report with a video link, save the ticket number then make a bug report thread with the ticket number.
    This way they will be able to get the video from the forums thread bug not have the video posted publicly.

    Nah I'm not talking about the "macroslice". I have seen multiple crystal frags from the same person hitting at the same second. It's not something from client side, it's definitely the server not registering abilities in time.

    I've never seen anything like that happen on my magsorc - not multiple frags.. At best, I guess you could get a curse/wrath explosion, heavy attack and hardcast frag hitting together - with a procced frag following right behind... but that all takes 4/5 seconds of casting to make happen.

    However since dusting off my stamsorc and leaning how to weave/ani-cancel with 2-handers, I've noticed a number of instances in PVE where I seem to just freeze for a sec or 2 and then all at once a ton of hits land on the mob at the same time as I unfreeze. its a bit weird, but just been putting it down to lag.

    It's not the macro slice . I have seen it too . It's like all the attacks land in the same instant and no gap closers are used . I don't know if it's the server or a combo played just right but it is un defendable most of the time .

    A friend of mine encountered this in 2.6. It was a sorc who queued an entire rotation + shields if I recall correctly. She sent the video to ZOS.

    I'm pretty sure I've encountered it recently as well, but I haven't cared enough to analyze it.
