Does this passive work at all? Since learning it I've assassinated a ton of innocent civilians just to see what the proc would look like, but it hasn't even procced once! Or at least there isn't a visual cue for it proccing. It's supposed to have a 15% chance to proc.

✭✭✭Not sure if it has a visual. But if you want to try it assassinate people that you know you would get caught killing, if you don't get caught then it procced.0 -

✭I've never unlocked it before, but it says its supposed to prevent you from being seen, so maybe it only procs if you are detected while assassinating.Make PC NA raiding great again!
