How does impenetrable now works?

Hello,
I know that Impenetrable traits are useless in PvE, because monsters do not have critical hit chance.

How it works in PvP? What is the formula? (I know that crit damage modifier is 1,5)

The link has great info. If you want a quick and easy rough ballpark, every 100 points add'l crit resistance added by impen mitigates the incoming crit damage by 1.5%.
