I gave them money, I received what I paid for. I don't feel I am owed anything, nor do I owe them anything.

I doubt frivolous rewards will make any disgruntled players happy, reduce complaints from other areas or entice people to play longer.

I got a cool 9- year character frame from LotRO, and I am not there playing that game, nor does it make me any happier about the direction the game went or feel any more appreciated ( not that I need to feel appreciation for playing the game for so long).

no new PVE content (please we are talking about trials and dungeons, not DLC)
There has been a short supply due to the last two updates but Morrowind (and presuably every new expansion) will bring a Trial and dungeons. Also they've confirmed one dungeon DLC each year.

no better prices on crowns store or crowns
The last mount was at a far more acceptable price than many others, it looks like ZOS might* be realising high costs are not what their customers want.
*we need to see the next limited time mount before we know this.

we are not involved in the game evolution. They never ask us "what do you want now ? " ... (fix the trials problem maybe??)
They've listened to a lot of feedback on the forums, a lot of the content we have is because they listened Maelstrom Arena was because people wanted hard solo content.
They also give us PTS and feedback threads (at least PTS for PC) so the community can give feedback and some changes do happen because of that, however they can't make drastic changes on content to suit every player or go against their design vision of the game.

Mounts are the pimp... It's good to have them for people who like that. But when you need stuff to get better, or XP booster etc...

Morrowind is coming yes ! But actually VMOL is the only trial that is still hard to end. Another one would have been great as sometimes it's good to see and try something else. You don't get fed up with the trial... Dungeons are always to easy to achieve... It holds you for 2 weeks maybe...

We've asked for a new solo arena, for a duo arena, for a new trial... a long time ago.

As a veteran player who has been playing the game since launch virtually every day and having had ESO plus and bought all the dlc I'm sure there are other players like me who feel zenimax caters to all the new players, yet there is nothing being done to keep us veteran players motivated.

You give new players extreme ability to catch up on cp. while it took us since launch to get where we are now,it takes these new players a few weeks for what took us over a year to achieve. There is nothing being done for players who have been with zenimax since the start.

So the point of this post is to get ideas from all you veteran players and compile a list of things you think us veteran players deserve. I think that as your character ages you should receive rank icons next to your name that grant special bonuses. Extra exp rarer loot chance extra gold, and just the fact we get a prestigious cool icon labeling us as players who have been with the game since the start. Now if you type /played in the text chat the game will give you a total amount of time that you have played on that toon. That could be used to determine what rank you receive as a vet.

Anyways that's it for my rant I want to hear what you other veteran players want from zenimax to keep motivating you to continue buying all these new dlc and addons. Comment your ideas below.

    Well you answered your question.

Looks like you are having fun with this game if you keep your sub up and buy all content.
    That's your reward - FUN.

And there are much more new players than veteran players in ESO. If you keep loyalty rewarding people then this will cut new player base dramatically.

New players want to catch up on everything in an MMO or they will just not jump into the game.

So no - thank you - No loyalty rewards for me please.

Anyone who says ESO plus = loyalty reward clearly doesn't understand what a contract is. Your PAYING for the extra benefits. Im talking about achieveing end game rewards for old players.earning extra buffs because your putting the time to earn them. And all you players who says it's unfair to new players then too bad enough instant gratification because you don't want to put the time and effort to earn something. They have already dumbed down every aspect of the game because new players want to cry and scream to get everything given to them.
I don't even understand what it is you want any more.

You've gone from talking about how players who have been subbed since the start should have loyalty rewards to ranting about how newbies get life to easy.

This entire thread seems more about you being angry that new players can achieve what you can and how you want to keep them down because you want to stay at the top.

Lack of content is always an issue in every MMO. As soon as the new trial hits PTS the top guilds will be on there clearing it and figuring it out before it even hits live, then they will explain how it's done, others will clear it and within four or five months everyone will complain there is nothing to do.
It's fine to ask for things but it doesn't mean they can deliver on everything asked for. Morrowind is shipping with the Arenas which have been asked for since beta, so the development time has been spent there whilst the PvE devs have been doing Morrowind PvE and the new trial.

There is nothing to say new content we ask for like a duo arena isn't going to come but we can't have it all at once and it also has to be something ZOS wants to deliver.
