Again, please answer. I can't conctact customer support. In order to do so I have to login with my account credentials (which are perfectly fine) AND an access code sent to me via e-mail. But I do not have access to that e-mail anymore! PLEASE, HELP!

In addition to the previous user suggestion I would like to add the following instructions.
Contact Customer Support for help by following the process below:
1.Visit the account recovery page.
2.Click the Suspended / Compromised option.
3.Fill out the form to the best of your ability. If you are currently using a different e-mail than the one that is associated with your ESO game account, please enter that in the Your Email Address form.
4.In the Describe Your Problem in Detail box, please include the e-mail address that is associated with your ESO game account.
5.When you have finished filling out the form, click the Submit a Question box.
When contacting support, please have your account information ready for verification. The Elder Scrolls Online Customer Support Team will never ask you for your ESO game account password.
