Ice arrows

Another noob question. I'm a level 33 player playing as a wood elf and trying to specialize in dual wield and bows. My character is a bit squishy, but that is to some tips on here, I've gotten better at stunning and dodging and stealthily killing.

My biggest issue right now is if a decent enemy has ice arrows, they murder me. A boss with ice arrows I can't seem to do a thing against, but I can beat most other bosses in a couple tries. How do I deal with ice arrows more effectively. I'm still in the process of getting better armor/equipment, and my dual wield is still only 36 as I started late leveling it while learning the game. Crafted decent medium armor and weapons so I'm pretty good at maintaining stamina through a fight, but the issue is ice arrows.

Help would be appreciated!

What class are you and what boss specifically are you talking about? Don't remember anyone with "Ice Arrows"

Ice Arrow = frost mage light attacks.

I'm a wood elf running dual wield, stealthy approach.

It's the shaman in Malabal Tor, I think in bloodtoil valley. I'm helping Ulagaish in the quest, I think. I can't get him past half health bc no matter what I do, he just keeps firing ice arrows at me, and there's no way to dodge them, or lower their damage. I've tried it like 15 times.

Go pvp and get vigor

No need for vigor.

Build up 2hd skills for rally or slot resto staff on back bar just for those harder fights. No need to be a one trick pony for all contrent.

The nightblade abiltiy Mirage, morph of Blur, from the Assassination skill line will help you dodge and lower the damage of attacks. Also you say you are using duel wield, so guessing you are a stamina toon. Try remorphing rapid strickes to blood thirst and you will heal yourself while you attack him. If you apply a Mark Target on him as well he will take more damage. When he gets below 25% HP make sure to use your Killers Blade ability to bring him down fast.

Helpful thoughts. I am high stamina, and have been tinkering with both medium and heavy armor. Blur is one skill I haven't tried yet, so that may need to be one I look at next. I crafted two swords last night with absorb health enchantments, and that seemed to help...I got closer on him.

Rapid strikes is already blood thirst - I just wish I could either avoid the ice arrows or mitigate their damage a little better.

No need. It's been awhile but my guess is there is a mechanic that's being missed besides the obvious I've dodging and blocking the ice projectiles.
