Cannot login to website account

Hey guys,
I can login to the game and the forums but when I try to login to website account page it flashes and then it is back at the login page. When I try to reset my password I fill in the info and when I hit continue to go to the security question it flashes and goes back to the login page. I have tried all browsers and even reloaded Windows 10. I can login from work but not from home.
It is almost like it is trying to bring up that page that has you put in the code it sends when logging in from a different or new computer, because it does send me one but that page never shows it always flashes for a second and right back to login page.
I have firewall off and nothing blocking pop ups.

my User ID/pwd works for the forums, the support page and for the eso client but I cannot access my account to upgrade my ESO plus membership. Really annoying..
