Is there a way to get Justice Achievements reset?

This is a minor irritant some other people may of had too involving the justice system, accidentally stealing an item as there is no option to disable it like you can with harming innocents, I've done this a few times when they place items beside a vendor or they dangle them right in front of their head.
I've started to use an add-on to stop stealing items but it's not like I can load up a previous save for the stuff taken in the past, is there a way achievements can be reset on a character? I imagine some people will consider it meaningless but it's irritating having crimes marked down on a "good guy" character.

There's no way to reset an achievement as far as I know, certainly never seen it mentioned.

There is a setting to prevent auto-looting stolen items (Settings->Gameplay->Items) but not one to prevent clicking one directly.

I agree with @KerinKor and I too have accidentally swiped off a counter more than once. Sometimes I miss the pre-stealing days when you could run through a town and loot every container lol
