Hi ZOS,

Can we have a separate general forum for positive postings? Some of us actually like the game.

(let the flames of roasting commence).

I don't think a separate forum is needed, perhaps we should all try to be a bit more positive instead

lol I just made a post about the negativity hoping to get some positivity and just got pages of negativity and complaining. Oh well I love the game and have no problems. If I was talking to person irl and was talking about all the problems I had with the game every single person would question why on earth I still played it if I had so much to complain about. It makes no sense to me.

LOL. right? I always laugh at the loudest complainers on here and how much they HATE the game, but have signatures with 6 or 7 toons that either took them a long time to level up and perfect or they spend A LOT OF time in the game to do so in a shorter period of time. Why play a game you hate so much? (Yes, I know its the forums and that is what primarily is posted...trust me, I have been in forums longer than most of you all have been alive.)

Many players have played Eso for years, we generally enjoy the game. We just want a stable game with continous improvements and content. We would gladly pay for this as well, also....Oh what? They know that already? Oh okay, I think we are good for today. -Thumbs up-

I dont mind negative posts tbh. Some of them are necessary and even justified. And the truth is, there is no other place than here to post it.

First I want a Steam thread to match the xbox and psn threads. And you are a hypocrite asking for positive forums with a negative thread; you are insinuating zos did not know how to make a forum (as am I to some degree).

Try starting positive threads by saying something nice to zos/teso.

    I will:

I like that Cyrodiil is so large. I hated pvp zones in other games because they were always small and cramped. Or required jumping puzzles to get around. Cyrodiil is a big open world that is very pretty. You can easily travel into enemy territory without ever seeing the opposing teams even at high pop. I like that there are quests and shards and other things to do besides just pvp. I like that my home team EP has the best looking corner of the triangle, as it should be. Dunmer being the master race n all.

Most of the people who complain yet have 6 or more characters maxed is because they care about the game. They want to see it improve.

Thats like cartmen's safe zone isnt it?

FYI forums are meant to disscuss issues with the game so that the developers would know, just saying nice things won't fix anything

Positive and silly threads are great for injecting levity into a community that can often be cynical and toxic.

However, threads like that generally consist of folks pointing at things they like, rather than providing constructive commentary, or suggestions for improvement. They have their place, but do they deserve an entire forum of their own? Nah.

Hmmm not sure if this is a troll thread. But if you want an awesome ESO community check out reddit. It's like a parallel dimension lol negativity is almost non existant there.

My point being - there should be a thread for complaints...but general seems to be the go to thread for it now. Hard to change that behavior.

Negative posts dont appear from nothing you know. If people posts negative comments its mean they didnt like some ways in game.

It's short and you use agressive ironic sentence. No emotes, no real arguments other then "I want". I don't know, I'm not a word expert here, but it's not a positive post, I can say.

You're right. You are not a word expert. You did over analyze it though. It was a pretty straight forward and honest post. Take it at face value.
