ZoS fix Snipe

This is exactly what people tell me when I get whispers after a gank. They all claim I've found a way to hit them with 2-3 snipes instantly. To me it looks like they aren't fighting back.

Could it just be a lag issue?

Nope, they fell apart there waay after the warranty expired. I just used plan old masking tape. After paying that much for it, and for how comfortable the ear muffs are, it's worth keeping it. I don't need to fold the thing in any way since it sits on my couch when not in use.

Like, I wear headphones a lot. Ear fatigue is a real problem when you're doing long plays. These ear pieces don't have ear fatigue on your ears which is important to me.

I can help you with that brother. Since we both PvP on PS4, I use the Sony PS4 Wireless Bluetooth headset which is about $79.99 on Amazon.

I can hear everything in PvP with these on, I've heard a incoming snipe hit my body on my MagSorc and immediately I dismounted myself and CC broke/Shielded up.

I recommend this headset, it's absolutely a must for PvP.

4-5 snipes you are death for 100% lol but I feel you on that. I just hope to get a better chance and to be honest I need a new headset, the mic/ear piece you get with the PS4 itself Im done with those. At the point of sometimes making a weird noise that other people hear but I don't so yea..

You may have been hit by more projectiles then you think.

And if you're focused, you can't spam it fast enough to stop everything.

It *is* useful though, don't give up on it. Keep a slot for it, use it often.

Many gankers will give you a pass when they see your wings, scales can save your life without you even knowing it.

I was planning on going mag dk this patch but when I saw scales not reflecting even tho I saw the reflect shield infront of me I was still getting knock down by hard cast and proc frags. And another EP mag dkthat I know for a long time now has the same thing he took scales off. I have respect for him still playing mag dk

I don't know if it's lag or the ability itself, me and my friends call it snipe lag because when you use the ability on your screen it looks fine but on our screen it all hits at once. I jumped off a keep one time got sniped 3 times died in mid air and I was laying dead in the air LOL. Sometimes snipe can be funny but mostly it's annoying haha

Well there are some issues with snie. It can stack multiple casts at a time, like you see someone is spaming it at you and suddenly you get 3 snipes at the same time. Im not sure is snipe the only skill that can do that (dark flare? Frags?) Its not typical lag as my connection is very good. Resources drop is caused by health bar desync. Youre technicaly dead already, thats why you have no resources. Both things can be connected.

You can hear it when you get hit but in stealth people fire like 3-4 snipes and when one hits you its too late you get hit by 2-3 more and your death no time to roll dodge/block/shield up/heal

3 to 4 is a bit of an exaggeration. Snipe is not that fast. The most you can release is 2 shots total before the first one hits (first shot then second). If its more than that then its from different people, different skills, or you have very bad lag or the shooter is using macros or something. If you can't block, dodge or do something in the time it takes to make 5-7 shots, it's a L2P issue. The shooter also need to L2P if it takes him 7 shots to kill you.

I think it probably has something to do with lag as well, when your hit it just shows you have been killed all by one ability snipe. Also after you die you have that little glitch animation where your sliding around on the floor, or you have not quite yet died and you think what the hell just happened. It needs looking at, but throw it on the desk of other things that need fixing:

Not a fan of the Destro ultimate and playing magic in General but you can see a Destro ultimate being popped you will see it coming but lag snipe not so much.

To be honest ZoS need to fix more then just Snipe, Destro ulti (I see this too no fire but only a red circle), Streak (stuck in doorway's can't roll dodge only shield up), Ball of Lightning (negate meteor) and more abilities that do things they shouldn't do at all

Lol I wish I was BSing but I ain't. I been shot by someone 5 times without being CC'd and all my resources drop to 0% and seconds later my toon falls down and it shows 5 snipes or whatever morph you use same guy same name. And I don't think you can macro on PS4 unless you have the macro slice from 2H gab close which needs to be fix too lol

Yes that too ZoS!!! Or loading screens that take for ever so you have to leave the game and come back and see yourself dead and see no keeps on the map or in game so you can run through the keeps.

agree 100% I see people sliding sometimes I know what time it is shield up I feel bad for the guy who slides for a few seconds

I rather use DBoS or Meteor but I kinda get what hes saying some Destro ultis don't show the fire/lightning/ice the only thing you see is a red circle around you

THIS^^^ not sure if it is even a thing on other platforms but the emote cancel glitch is a major issue on PS4/NA and has never been addressed so far as I know

Yea a few peopel tried it on me but failed a friend of mine told me there were people doing this. And one time I almost got killed until my friend said shield up hes emoting you and sure enough after I put my shields up the hits came in shield stack OP lol

On the other hand, I highly recommend not getting this headset. It's sound quality is okay but the top piece has a tendency to break easily which will cause quite a bit of discomfort when used afterwards. I'd recommend pretty much any other headset over it that is at a similar price point.

Get a new connection or upgrade your current one. I have no issues

This one is the only one I can get for 60 with superhuman hearing. Others are around 90-150+

your ressources dont go to 0 from snipe.
your ressources go to 0 if you die.

Snipe isnt broken, you just lag and get killed by multiple hitting you at the same time, cos you lag.
