Yes because it is for your convenience and I think you should stop opposing something that benefits you. So we will do what it takes until something changes.

As unpopular this sounds but the traits need to stay in the loot table. They are there to bring the average chance to get a "good" trait to a specific value. It's meant to keep us playing the game.

Prosperous is debatable, because (someone did the math) you actually save more money on gear repairs using impenetrable than you gain extra money using prosperous.

But training is actually useful. Not everyone in this game has everything maxed out.

Training on end-game drops is pretty much useless.

Prosperous is worthless in anything other than a large public dungeon. If you're in a trial, you're lucky if a mob drops a single gold piece. No amount of prosperous gear is going to change it. Dungeon and overland the percentage increase is negligible. Both of these traits need to be stricken from end-game loot tables - trials, CP160 dungeons, VMA, VDSA. They've got to go.

These traits don't keep us playing, they wear us down, burn us out and ultimately make us feel like what we've been doing has been worthless. Get rid of 'em.

I hate this traits. Eventhough I use sometimes training, I hate it so much when after 30 runs you finaly get a shield you wanted to only see its AGAIN training or prosperous... So I simply quit instead of trying again.

"Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game." - @AlexanderDeLarge

They need to be merged and given as a free starter-trait for crafters.

The prosperous/training traits is one of many reasons I completely gave up on itemization in ESO. It's very hard to take the "work" seriously when it's such an obvious joke on all grinders. Light armor with healing 5 pc rolls in sturdy or reinforced. Damage weapons roll in +healing (and all other traits than sharpened can just be vendored they're so useless).

So I play in sub-optimal gear because life is simply too short to be spent hovering over a boss spawn waiting for your 1/372 chance to get a piece of gear that will make you DPS go up by 1000 until a new set of gear is introduced or the developers decide to "revamp" their system (again).

Yes but you have crafted sets who can have any trait.
Grinding just make you go in circles.

C160 Training. I don't need it for levelling my alts but XP grinding for CP on then.

Prosperous trait is great for making a ton of gold farming dungeons for gear. These shouldn't be a trait on set items though. Perhaps that's what you meant?

I vote to keep Taining but to remove it from cp160 gear entirely.

Overworld questing is way too easy, and running Prosperous is lovely way to increase the difficulty and profit. Maybe this should only exist for crafted gear?

Armor traits make such a small difference on 1 or 2 pieces that I don't see why this is such an issue, honestly. Running a Prosperous Monster shoulder instead of a Divines one you lose something like 0.4% damage.

I'm more concerned that a staff is garbage if it isn't Sharpened.

I'd be fine with keeping Prosperous/Training in the game, even for Undaunted and Dungeon drops, and fine with the *** Maelstrom/Trial loot tables ... if they'd just close the gap between Sharpened and Precise/Nirnhoned.

Remove the traits from dropped gear and give Training and Prosperous gear to all those Armorers, Leatherworkers, Tailors, and Weaponsmiths around so people can still research the gear since I have no idea how gear merchents stay employed since they sell overpriced white gear with no traits or enchants that nobody at this point in the game would be sane enough to buy.

Training and Prosperous on dropped gear sets is a punch in the *** like anyone in there right mind is going to grind cp or gold in BIS gear with all Training/Prosperous. If your going to grind using those traits might as well craft it and save time.

If they want to fire blanks to keep the drop rate of good gear where they want it, they might as well just award you a piece of rubedite out of that chest instead of giving you a prosperous or training pauldron. At least it would save me a walk to the blacksmith.

Maybe it will mean more if something were to happen and I think it's worth a shot. But if you're hopeless you may never get it.

Agree with this completely. It seems like they could even provide a decent role for infused or decisive weapons. This is what they should be doing for balance. Making some of these traits more viable for end game builds would throw a ton more diversity into the game. There'll always be meta builds to play, but they could at least do a bit more to bring other builds up to higher level.

How about we make them more useful? And rename Training, because endgame gear with "training" on it is like a space shuttle operations manual coming in the form of a coloring book.

I voted "remove", but I'll be using a fully crafted set of training gear and XP scrolls to boost my baby-Warden to CP cap soon as Morrowind hits.

But that's a one off and those traits belong ONLY ON CRAFTED GEAR--should be removed from all other loot tables (as well as being an option on this poll).
