Should all dungeon runs count towards Undaunted leveling?

Why not? Both Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood have repeatable dailies that count towards leveling. You can run as many of them a day as you wish. And, you don’t have to group or beg in zone chat to share someone else’s pledge (which can be a huge waste of time). I can agree that only a pledge should grant you a key, but all runs should count towards leveling, even if you are just farming dungeons. A run is a run.

Don't see why not. But if you're not doing the Pledge, and you've already done the dungeon's story quest, how would you record it? Or would it be done through the Dungeon Finder? (That would probably work.)

Also, Undaunted does have repeatable dailies for levelling like TG and DB. They're the delve dailies from Bolgrul.

Is Undaunted grind really still that bad? I just went form 4 to 9 in a matter of a few casual weeks (10-12 play nights with 2 pledges each). I can see if you're doing it for the 2nd+ time it might be a bore, but I was really pleasantly surprised. Had been hearing about the horrors of the grind since forever :-P

You level Undaunted with achievement points from Dungeons too. So for example the dailys are CoH, FG1 and CoS, and you do vVoM HM SpeedRun noDeathRun, you'll get all the points of it (180 I think) as xp for the skill tree.

It's the inability to obtain as much Undaunted as the user would like per day between the "Big Earners", similarly to how you can take an unlimited amount of quests from that book in the DB between the Sacraments, or from the board in the TG, or collecting as many lorebooks as you'd like on a given day, or heading to a dungeon full of undead and grinding the Fighter's Guild tree to max.

I definitely think that doing random dungeons through the group finder should contribute the same amount of Undaunted as those Delve dailies.

In my opinion it's not needed as you can already get it to max on a single weekend if you have enough time to play.
But as long as they don't add more bugs to the game while doing so, I don't mind getting undaunted xp for every dungeon run.

Achievements only give 10 Rep a pop (unless our info on UESP is wrong), and you can only do each one once.

have the daily pledges (as now) for the keys and make a Dungeon Board (similar in fashion to Thieves Guild) pick up dungeon quest...complete and hand in to Grobul (whatever he's called) and repeat as often as you like giving 5 Rep to the Undaunted skill line

I did not find it particularly difficult or time-consuming to max out my Undaunted level (in fact, I hit rank 9 without even realizing it), so I wouldn't say that all dungeon runs should give Undaunted XP. But I don't actually care and wouldn't say it shouldn't be changed either.

There are enough means to level up undaunted. Vet clear, hard mode, no death and more for undaunted leveling. It's the easiest of the general skill lines to level.
    Really, idk

You can gain as much undaunted exp in a day as you would like. Have you looked at all the achievements someone can get that give undaunted exp?

Just go through the list checking off achievements, possibly completing multiple achievements in a single run. Unless you have completed all the achievements I don't see how anyone could say they are limited on the amount of undaunted exp they can get.

Those achievements can be completed only once, and, unlike the others I mentioned, require a competent group to even attempt to obtain. If you run a non-pledge dungeon that you already completed, and then the group you're with takes too long/has someone that dies/doesn't do hard mode, the entire thing was just a waste of time. We shouldn't have to rely on allies to complete a skill line.
