Bounty going UP over time
A friend and I have both been having bugs with our bounties on our alts. We racked up pretty high bounties (about 300k - 400k each), and they have not gone down at all in a few weeks.
When I logged on my alt with the bounty earlier today, the bounty had gone down to about 269k. I thought, well, that's not bad. But halfway through grinding my alt, when I had done no crimes or been anywhere near guards or innocents, I noticed my bounty was back up to 320k. By the end of grinding, a few hours of crime-free playtime, my alt's bounty had gone back up to 370k.
My friend logged on her alt to grind with me, and sure enough her bounty began to do the same thing. Every time we entered or exited an instance, our bounties rose significantly.

@lordrichter We grind together in Skyreach. No innocent NPCs or guards to be found anywhere near there.

I legitimately earned a crazy bounty while on a late night killing spree a month back. I own it.
After a month though, I had finally gotten it down about G 100k to G 290K ish.
We decided to power level today in Skyreach, in Craglorn. It's a crypt, there is no possible way to kill innocents, they're all dead down there. Each time we would exit the crypt, we would have a higher bounty. I lost the 100K cooldown on my bounty in half a day. This seems odd.

I have to say, that has to be one of my all time favorite support/dev responses ever, as well.
So, while it kinda sucks, it seems this is part of the justice system and not a bug. Oh well. I guess I'll have a big bounty for some time. I wonder what happens when he hits 60 and boost up to the CP of my main. xD0
