Hi. I bought the base game off of Amazon and it arrived today. I received a code for the game and for the Explorer's Pack. The one for the game worked, however the one for the pack did not. I don't really know how to get in contact with someone who can help, so I figured I would post here.
It was a brand new, sealed copy, with both codes unscratched.

I got a code for a freind recently, and he also said that the code (unredeemed) is showing up as INVALID... did you find a solution?0
