AFK farming Dolmen's

Something has seriously got to be done about this crap. Almost every dolmen I go to there's a group of 3-5 players just sitting there using an repeating macro on their mouse/keyboard to spam staff attacks over and over. On top of this they purposely do this late at night, because they know there's only a skeleton crew of GM's on late, so they most likely won't get caught. It seriously needs to be addressed harshly before this gets really out of control and you start losing players over it.

Yes I know this thread will be locked, but it's getting ridiculous, and locking threads and burring your head in the sand won't solve issues.

I agree that ZOS should do something about bots farming but they are too busy trying to re-skin old crown crate items to care about actual problem ingame. The lack of ingame support when it comes to deleting bots and taking their accounts is depressing! ZOS why can't you bring back the bot killing GMs of old.

Don't know why they would frown on that, they are clearly violating the TOS, why should Zeni Care about those players? Also Zeni would end up making more money, because the players who are publicly shamed would most likely end up changing their names, which Zeni makes money off of.

Yeah, I remember the support they had in game when it first released. It was actually first rate, and one of the reasons I recently returned to the game. I figured they still had that really awesome support staff working, but after seeing the same people afk farming at dolmens day in and day out, I'm starting to think they let a lot of those guys go.

They did, they cut the Battlemaster's Corner, they pretty much got rid of ingame GMs, and last I saw they have had a bug in their system since November of 2015 where any characters that were deleted from then to current date cannot be restored. I have tried but it's been unsuccessful. A few of my buddies and I found three bots farming a while back and one boy droped 4 storm atronachs at one time. We reported them but the next day they were still there even the day after that. I stopped looking after the second day.

The ZOS customer support team though are still doing a good job though in my opinion. They normally will answer back after about a days wait and are very polite.
