Mistakes Were Made Seeking Members for Core

Our B Team is seeking the best members possible for our core. This team is only a month old. We have completed the following as a group.
VSO HM
VHRC (working on progression Of HM)
VAA
Currently progressing through the other two hardmodes but we need some more heavy hitters.
The times and days we raid.
Tuesday 7pm pst (10pm est)
Thursday 730pm pst (1030pm est)
Saturday 7pm pst (10pm est)
We are looking for people who can dedicate to those days and times and dedicate 1-3 hours depending on what we are doing.
What we are looking for.
2 Mag Dks
1 Mag Sorc
Must be able to push between
28-38k
We do have weekly dps test requirements. To insure you're keeping up on your rotations and are consistent with your dps time/dps output
Must beable to show up to all raids!

This is a team we are making to become competitive end game group. We are looking for experienced players preferably but don't mind teaching as MwM is a Progression guild for all who isn't in core.
