Hi!
My wife's e-mail address was deactivated and can no longer receive e-mails on it. E-mails can still be sent from that e-mail.
It wasn't a problem until there was a prompt for the access code due to the change of the log in device.
Now she can't open or read those access codes therefore she cannot enter the game.
She then tried to log onto the ESO account page, but wasn't sure about the password so she reset it (after the secret answer prompt), but still it's of no help because the password reset got also sent to that same e-mail.
Is there any way to change an e-mail associated to an account with no access to the Account Page?
Once again, there is a possibility to verify the ownership of that e-mail since mails can still be sent FROM, but not TO that e-mail.
