There Is No Need For Hatred Towards Other Alliances

There is no need for hatred towards other alliances. Why should there be hatred? We should not. We are all human beings are we not? Even so in a virtual game. So why is there hatred towards other alliances? It is a game, is it not? Or maybe we can't help to hate other alliances in Cyrodiil. Maybe It couldn't be helped?


I must admit to be honest. When I used to serve blue in Scourge PS4 EU. Long, long ago. I used to help EP attack AD. I had hatred towards AD, so very bad. Why? For no reason at all. Maybe because AD are strange. (Least that what I thought back then. Alas, I was so wrong about AD when I started to help them for balance in Scourge PS4 EU.I was so very glad to help them.

For 1 yr and 2 months. For balance purposes. Until the 2nd deletion of Scourge. My hatred had vanished. I then grew to love all 3 alliances.Since Scourge PS4 EU deleted again, I've been playing in Haderus. I believe AD might be my Alliance. But I will help reds with balance. Like others have suggested in my other thread.
I know we can win some, or loose some. I have learned that most alliances tend to hate each other.

Some AD in Haderus, Some EP in Thornblade. They not like each other. Blues probably the same.Alas. I want to remind everyone, it's just a game. Is it not? I must also remind everyone. Didn't all 3 Alliance Leaders came together and worked together against Molag Bal forces?All 3 Alliance leaders finally understood what they must do.

They to must put away there hatred towards each other away. To fight the real fight. At the end it all worked out.So then why must there be a hatred towards each other, towards different alliances? I can understand why people do. But somewhat I'm unsure to.

Is it because, this is what pure love and loyalty looks like, towards there alliance? I'm unsure. It is very hard for me to say. Alas, I want to wish you all a good day. I love each and everyone of you. No matter what alliance you serve. (Granted most will hate me)

I hate unecessary hatred of others based on race/banners or belief as much as I hate argonians, but that ap ep's and dc's heads are worth cancel out any guilt

We are not all human beings.

AD is a made up of little, ugly, tree dwelling cannibals, flea infested overgrown cats and "high" elves who only stand so tall and straight because of the sticks they have shoved up their backsides.

EP is made up of xenophobic slavers and their weird little lusty lizard pets, and the Nords who... well, the Nords are fine by me.

But in all seriousness, although I only ever play DC, I hold nothing against actual players in any faction. Every faction has cheaters, every faction zergs, every faction has good and bad elements. All in all, it is a game and I never let any of it get to me. No amount of getting zerged, teabagged, or rage whispers will ever bother me.

there is no *hate*. why would anyone truly hate someone they dont even know? its just bred into us that that is the opposing faction, the enemy, the ones we are at war with - all that labeling.

i think you are getting "hate" mixed with "faction loyalty". I bleed DC blue. I wold never compromise for another faction. I have DC flags all up in my guild hall. this game was not always cross faction PvE and still isnt in PvP. we are at war ser justin. best get with the program.

We're all just a buncha nerds killing virtual pixels (sometimes controlled by other nerds) in the end.

Still, it's fun to invest in a faction/guild/group for a time, especially if you get a sense of camraderie going from it.

It's a war in game. It's competitive gameplay for players. Its the nature of the area. Some people have more "road" rage than others.

I have no hatred for the other Alliances. It is improper, and certainly a violation of Aldmeri propriety, to "hate" those who are simply incapable of achieving the level of civilization which the Dominion represents. I take pity upon them and relieve them of their pathetic existence of living in mud huts or racing lizards.

the 2 particular alliance's i have in-mind, have used and trained to use cheats, exploits, and ways to win not intended by eso staff in pvp.
they have done so since beta and even as recent as today.

in addition to those things, they whisper me hate comments on a daily basis even after blocking them they still ask their friends to whisper my name and continue their hate comments. and they have done so, since beta [over 4 years]

i witness my own alliance stay away from and not do those cheats, exploits, and ways to win in pvp not intended by eso staff.

and for these causes, i do.

So your chosen alliance is the good one and the other two are scumbags. I tend to believe that too however I don't fight against other people in my alliance so I only find cheaters on the other two.

I have my own admitted biases on which factions cheat, zerg, and exploit the most, and surprise surprise, its the other two that I don't play. So if everyone thinks that way, they we really aren't getting anywhere.

Exactly And we dont have to like each other, its about respect. When someone kills you, dont rage at him because "hes an exploiter and cheater for sure". No, he was better... This time It doesnt matter which alliance you play, your enemies are always "the bad ones", untill you switch the alliance. The same thing is with classes. NB - those gankers! DKs - root your a*s you f***! Sorcs - shield stackers! Templars - heal bots!

Blame the EP quests. They make DC and AD look like jerks, to use am euphemism.
