Character Template Change Suggestions for Next Big Patch

I would like to give some suggestions to the character templates for whenever the next big patch will be on the PTS. Here they are:
1. Add a wayshrine book consumable for the character to access any non-PvP wayshrine in Nirn.
2. Have monster, dungeon, and overland set coffers both One Tamriel sets and pre-One Tamriel sets. This would allow players to really test out builds.
3. Extend mount training lessons in the consumable coffer from 25 of each to 60 to match the maximum amount.
4. Change quality of cp160 glyphs in consumables coffer from epic to legendary.
