Let's science the crap out of this:
The dollar bill that Fengrush is holding looks like it's approximately 6-12 inches away from his face. Thus, the bill looks larger than what it would actually be in comparison to his face. So, you'd have to take into consideration the perspective's distortion... which means that you can fit more dollar bills in the height of his head. I'm guessing he's closer to 5'5- 5'8.
Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.

It also uses the "average proportions" which by definition leaves out everyone who are above or below the average. There are a whole lot of people out there who are not "proportional".

How tall is Wheeler? He's all the way in the back with the orange brimmed hat (Baltimore Orioles) and he is taller then the guy all the way at the end. Those display stands are at least 2 wide, so Wheeler is standing pretty far away and their heads seem to be at the same level.0 -

I don't know if these measurements actually work... It is a funny joke about Fengrush, and I am sure he just laughs about it, but you have to consider he is holding the dollar forward, so it is not the same distance from the camera as his face therefor the dollar will be at a different scale than his face, so most likely he is taller than 5'2", but it is still funny.Playing since beta...2 -

✭✭✭✭FENG was on ESO Live next to SypherPK a while back when Zeni had all the players come test at their office. With Sypherpk being 6'5" I would say FENGRUSH is in the neighborhood of 5'7-8".
