Never use structured entropy because you can get in situations where you get hit with mages wrath on the entropy bar and when you swap to your other bar your health drops below execute range and you die to the proc.

That's actually pretty nifty.. not only do you buff yourself but damage the enemy while healing yourself... if fact these numbers make me think... is critical surge... the best choice? ...
