I've tried to submit a ticket through the in-game item assistance, but it keeps giving me this:

Submit a ticket through the “Get Help” function in your quest journal in order to include the quest name in your new ticket.
On PC, open your inventory (default hotkey “I”), right click on the quest name, and select “Get Help”.
On Xbox One, open your inventory, select the quest, and hit the “Y” button to select “Get Help”.
On PS4, open your inventory, select the quest, and hit the “Triangle” button to select “Get Help”.

The ingame doesn't give me the option to provide the name of the item that I am having issues with.
All that it gives me is this:
The DLC that I've accidentally purchased was the Thieves guild original DLC for 1,500 crowns. I thought I was purchasing the bundle package but realize my mistake after I've purchased it.
