Potential Idea for Crown Crate Complaints

So, been thinking. Many people hate the RNG of the crown crates. While I have no idea if this system is in place to help ZOS stay afloat financially, or to gain profit to further improve their equipment (or to just make more money), I do think that they can change the system in a way that may satisfy both parties.

My first idea is to create another section under the Crown Crate section titled: "Exclusive Opportunities"
You must have ESO+ to purchase from Exclusive Opportunities.
This is a randomly generated list that includes one reward from each tier. These can be purchased via Crowns. This would begin two weeks after the first release of that iteration of crown crates, cycle stock every other week, and would end its last offering of the final apex reward prior to the release of the next Crown Crate iteration

My second idea is to reduce the Gem Cost of the Apex rewards by 100 gems.

Eh, just an idea. Was thinking this would be a way for ZOS to make more money. have a time period for those who can't wait to buy crates, and then have the specific purchases for mounts and the such at a high price for those who hate the crates. I'd probably place the price of the mounts at something like 13000 crowns. using this:

Yeah pretty much this. Until gullible whales stop buying gambling boxes and close their whale wallets, ZOS has literally no incentive to change anything.
