MANY OF US CAN STILL NOT GET A CONNECTION WITH THE SERVER AFTER 2 MAINTENANCES AND 10+ HOURS

Please, please acknowledge this problem and look into it, I haven't been able to even get announcements on the log-in screen since the first server outage 10 hours ago, and many other people are also unable to get a connection to the server.

PLEASE look into this.

Probably ZOS try found a solution online yet. Give time.

I was able to connect after this round. I didn't do anything different than I did before they brought the servers down, but this time I got in. Clearly there are still server issues though.

Maybe they are waiting on the "Let Windows Search for a Solution" pop up. We all know that doesn't work - ZENI, CLICK CANCEL AND FIX IT!

same here - funny thing is that my wife was able to login and is playing right now but I couldn't a few minutes later.

I managed to get back in game just now after a friend let me use their VPN. That makes me think this is an outage outside of Zeni's control (either that or they blocked a load of IP addresses or something). It would still have been nice to have some communication about it though.

How does this VPN thing work? Can PM if needed.

Try flushing dns. If it's letting you in with a vpn maybe that would help.

Run cmd and type in IPCONFIG /flushdns and restart your pc.

Nothing is working for me either. I flushed my DNS, disabled all security (firewall, opened ports on router, etc.), and repaired the game client. I'm not on a VPN and was able to connect without issue this morning (no reboot on my system).

Nothing will work because the problem is in server, not in your connection.

Yup, the NA server times out when trying to log in while the EU server is working fine.

I did that about 20 times before trying the VPN - this issue has been ongoing for me all day pretty much, I have tried most things.

So I still cannot get on to the NA servers... I have done the IPCONFIG/flushdns and restarted. I am able to access the EU server and log on easily. But I do not get the announcements on the NA server and get the Error 200 when I try to log. I have not been able to log in since the first maintenance.

forced to re-install game - and made me go over my data cap 15 days early

Cannot log in (on either of my two accounts) to NA server. Don't even see announcements. I can access the EU servers just fine.
