As much as I would love wrecking bots this would be a RP nightmare when trolls start killing AFK casual* players who didn't know the event was happening.
* casual as in those who don't read forums or follow new, just log in to relax and play.

Erm.. bots will not walk away... nor will they refuse a duel... they will simply ignore everything (because they are bots). The only people who actually will refuse to duel / walk away will be the "real one"
So you achieved everything except the thing you were trying to do...

There's a ton of broken bots in Rawl'kha. If you go there, you'll tend to see them clustered up by the wayshrine. They don't do anything but jump once about every 18-20 seconds. It's hard not to notice half a dozen level 3s standing on top of one another, not doing anything but jumping in precise intervals. Heh.You have 4 or 5 bots in Betnikh now. I have reported them and taken a recording if you need it.

Duel refusal is automatic. I got challenged to a duel every 4 seconds in places like Rawl'kha and Wayrest. Manually refusing them got tiring so I set to auto-decline. So bots will auto-decline duels just like real players who come into town to vend and bank and decon and don't want to put up with manually declining duel requests every 2 seconds.

Exactly. Bots die and we win a prize. Could even make a leaderboard for it. Legit players walk away.
Or 5 people report someone that's AFK / suspect bot. They get a pop up saying "Molag Bal challenges you to prove you are there" no response. ..a spectral (can't be killed or taunted) overfiend appears and flurrys them to death and disappears taking all thier soul gems with them.

Bots have no need to be in town. Simple solution. Remove auto decline outside of townships for a weekend. It'll be chaos still but it'll get rid of some of them.

Yes I did this at the time for all players involved on the XboxOne eu server and have received tickets for each report. Thanks for your reply.

For a weekend, barely, then pissing off everyone else who's out questing and can't escape a duel with someone looking for a fight.
Any variation of dueling or determining if someone's a bot purely by them being AFK is asinine at best.
Broken bots are the best, my guess however is that they are grouped with some players and get leveled each time group clear the dolmen. There's a ton of broken bots in Rawl'kha. Back off with the forced duel requests and focus on getting the GMs to actually police the game world.
I auto decline duels and if that was taken away and some *** tries to spam request duels in middle of fight when I can't stop to click the notification thing in the way on my damn screen then

If you don't move for 10 mins you're disconnected. No harm to anyone but it'll screw thier multi boxing operation up. No one genuinely needs to stand still for 10 mins and warrant a rage for being DCd do they. Just relog. That's all there is to it.

It's not meant to target the legit AFK players, but it will still happen. Theres always some jerk out there who would take advantage of it.DRXHarbinger wrote: »Legit AFK...seriously. 1 death and you're back where you started. Or you'll most likely time out before anyone spots you being AFK. Also it's not to target people that are AFK but people holding down heavies 24/7 at dolmens. The bot hunters will go the flock not some random idling in the middle of the desert.

No it won't. They'll be disrupted for the weekend then they'll be back. This is not a permanent solution nor is it viable even in the short term in my opinion.

Identifying, targeting and removing bots is not players responsibility. If they place this on players I am sure the outcome will not be favorable
