Hello,
I'm very disappointed, cause I have a huge problem with my monthly crowns and cant get rid of it, because I wont get an answer from the support. I didnt login the last 15 months, but I paid every single month for ESO plus. Three weeks ago I logged into my account and I realize that there were no crowns in my account, but 4.200 (I had them before).
I thougt that it could be a mistake and so i was waiting for another 3 days, but again, no crowns. To keep a long story short, I wrote a support ticket 20 days ago and I get no answer. I tried to get help on the forums, but I was only able to find more User with the same problem. I spoke to sony and I send you all supporting documents you need to present me a fast solution. But nothing happened. Would you be so kind and assist me with my problem. Im lost.
