Game Login problems
Hi all,
Returning beta player here and having real trouble logging in to play the game, I first asked for help through support and although they replied quickly 4 days ago I've had no further response so turning here for help.
Initially it appeared that my account was all active and playable but due to the fact it was still an old beta test account the game page refused to let me in.
Support admitted that I needed to purchase a full game copy to play and I then bought the morrowind package which includes the full elderscrolls game with it as I am quite looking forwards to the new game element when it's released.
Having down loaded all the latest updates and reset my password three times made sure that I can access my account easily and checked that everything is correct I still cannot play the game as when I get to the game login screen it tells me my account is not active or wrong password.
My account says active-trial on the account login page....
Support have not answered my queries in over 2 days and I'm now getting very frustrated with the whole situation to the point of wanting a refund.
Can anyone help?
