I had the exact the same problem with another purple design (Redguard carpet, Mirage) I bought from a guild store. After double-clicking it, the design disappeared, but I didn't learn the design in return.

And no, it was not a problem that the design was filed in a different crafting station than expected.

After completing COA 1 vet I lost the trophy and the monster helm. Just vanished from my inv

@Toto2Thumbs Trophies don't go into your inventory, they go to your collections.

Did you check under the furnishing tab under that character for the paining OP?

I have 12 chars most of which are almost all full on inventory, my bank is max and also relatively full and I have never noticed missing items so I feel sorry that you lost something but as stated I think it would be next to impossible for them to verify such claims.

No, it is not in the furnishing tab. I've known about that tab since prior to release and it is always the first place I look on each character before going more in depth. I even check the one in my bank.

Also, ZOS does have the ability to take a look at a specific date and time of a character if you know it to look at the inventory or what was in there, as there system keeps back up data. I at least provided them that and I'm not one of those players who has a tendancy to lose things in game. I even keep my own little booklet with who has what and what enchant and level and where it's stored. I'm kinda *** about that sort of stuff.

Ported from someones house to mine lost a 55k posion cabinet.

Talked to support...Said would get back with me after talking three days with 3 agents >.>

I mean in the end the situation worked it's self out as friend took a lost and gave me another, but to my knowledge support never helped me.

I do think that something could be going on, even if it is just add on related, but with the inventory nightmare presented to us by the game, who can really tell anything for certain?

My solution?

Allow players to a list of all of all item transactions that have occurred within so many days.

Such a platform would help make visible the exact problem that is occurring when an item can't be found.

I confirmed with support the issue is real. I did receive the item but it's gone.

Went from player x house to mine.

I was not destoryed as legendary items have a safe guard.

I have no assistants so could not bank or sell it.

I went straight home and inside house to find item was gone.

My only solace is support did tell me I did receive item. So yeah @ZOS_GinaBruno it's a major bug.

Just by looking at other threads, I am beginning to see one common denominator of people who have lost things that are housing related.

We were in someone's house when we were given the items and they disappeared when we ported out.

So unless mentioned in patch notes as players we should start warning others. Cause my issue happened not this weekend but the last so...I don't see resolution anytime soon.

You can't lock furniture items. That option never comes up for me. Also you're saying you've lost items you locked? Or you saying you've only lost furniture items, which as you admitted you haven't bothered to lock (by using addons). In which case it has everything to do with locking, and you lot probably went and derped your way to selling or trashing the stuff.

I was in Reaper's March when I opened the mail and used the design from my inventory when it disappeared.

Not an addon problem for me as I'm on console.
