This would really only be effective for class passives since all the other passives relate directly to the weapon, armor, etc.. But I am thinking you could make class passives morph to further specialize into a role like tank healer or dps. Or more specific for magicka or stamina.

Neat idea honestly. HOWEVER a nightmare to balance for the dev team lol0
