Strident Springs Demesne (AD - Arenthia)

Strident Springs for me.
Love the layout of the house, the seperate room alow you to create definition in the house instead of everything being in one room with a bunch of dividers scattered around.

After that, probably Mistveil Manor.
I love the Nordic style and layout of the house.

Hundings is not even close to being in my top 40 of all houses.
I really dislike the Redguard style of housing, so it's more of a personnal issue.

I made the mistake of purchasing the Sleek Creek home over Hunding's. I've spent the last week debating with myself whether or not I want to dole out the funds for the Hunding's home.

Hundings is great, nice bit of space, a tower, walkways, a roof you can build on, the beach and an entire ocean with a ship in the distance.

It also doesn't rain.

Well, to me one of the main purposes of a home is for it to keep me dry. A home designed to ensure I stay moist is counter-productive (although I'm not sure my argonians agree with me on that one).

Old Mistveil Manor (EP - Riften)

Really love Old Mistveil due to the Nord architecture and the stable, yard and deck are great. I'm not a fan that it is practically the same size as the medium house or that there aren't many views but it still has great space. I will agree that Hundings Palatial is pretty darn amazing though. In my opinion, the houses in each category could be more balanced in terms size/accomdations.

But the goranir estate for my main woodelf is my fav. Hugggeeee yard. Mine is fully decked out and looks like a village
