Missing Writ Vouchers

So I've just completed another day's worth of master writs on my main character and got 31 vouchers today. This brought my total to 138 vouchers so I purchased 3 crafting stations @ 35 vouchers each (blacksmithing, clothing & woodworking). This should have left me with a balance of 33 vouchers but upon completion of my purchases they've disappeared and my balance says 0. I've searched the database and can't see anyone else post with this error. I'd really like my missing vouchers back please. Help?
