Problem with high Ping

Hello, I have a huge problems with this game. Whenever I try to attack simple monter, my Ping jump to 999+.
Normality I have ping 160( It's Playable) But as well every 5 seconds My ping Jump to 500+. Srsly noone games work that's unPlayable for me. Even Most *** Blade&Souls work on 200 ping and ping didn't jump. Any guides to fix it ?
I'm playing on PC
