    The first automated email isn't immediate for some reason. I haven't figured out exactly what the timing on it is based on. If you've got a ticket number, though, post it here and someone with ZOS in front of their name may possibly be able to look into it for you and speed the process up.

    Not to sound too obvious, but are you (1) sure they have your correct e-mail, and (2) sure email from them is not being blocked as spam?

    I see these bans are frequent for guildmasters , I lost my other account due to ban of eula violation - doing only what guildmaster do , no member support ever read the tickets etc (except autobot response). good luck with your account.

    Bizarre suspension - I 95% keep to myself, apart from interacting with guildies and haven't had any negative interactions recently, so it's baffling...

    Apparently there is some kind of mass auto-ban that occasionally normal players can get caught up in?

    I can't imagine my normal habit of minding my own business, collecting mats from nodes to make furniture and typing one or two sentences to guildies (never demeaning - I'm always helpful to others) would ever be construed as being anywhere near in violation of the terms of service.

    I guess the other possibility was that my account was hacked? idk. I was on there earlier tonight, logged off for an hour and now this... Stunning.
