http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Sorcerer_(Oblivion) In past elder scrolls games a sorcerer tend to use all weapons not only just magic and had the stamina to wear heavy armor. Also sorcs in Elder scrolls online are not an archetype class. Just like the rest of the classes they are not bound by strict guidelines for what a class should be. They are just a bunch specializations.6 -

Some people just don't like being pigeonholed into the whole sorceror thing just because they took a few sorcery correspondence classes before the imperial university closed down due to a bad case of daedric invasion... They trained their arms to be way more muscular then any of those flimsy spellslingers, carry big, sharp swords or axes, and swing them with great gusto, and as an afterthought maybe call a bit of lightning down from the sky...R1ckyDaMan wrote: »When he uses swords nd is rubbish at magic.

No reason Sorcerors should get any more stamina morphs just because of those lunatics however!

✭Because "sorcerer" means something different in this game than it means in other games. In other games, a sorcerer is going to be a class that has magical abilities and probably weak physical stats. In D&D, for example, a sorcerer is a character who has a bunch of spells they can pull out of their pocket, but who has the minimum amount of hit points and can't cast well in armor (depending on the edition). You pick a sorcerer if that's the playstyle you want, because that's the playstyle you get.
In ESO, a "class" is three skill lines. That's it. Out of dozens.
So, yeah. You can totally put all your focus on your stamina weapon skills, and use your sorc abilities to compliment those.
"Sorcerer" is just a name. It's not like all Nightblades use bladed weapons or all Dragonknights are knights.
