Friend Doesn't Know UserID and Support is being Difficult

My friend has been trying so hard to recover his UserID and support doesn't seem to understand what he's asking help for. He can't do "Forgot UserID" because any of the first and names won't work. I would like to be able to call someone about this. Please respond soon, thank you.
