Double Ap event 1 week with Cp

Can we have this event for one week without and one week with? Better data and let us have a double event without penalties? Since pve gets double events all the time.

PVE only gets double events when there's been something during the event that went wrong (which has happened with almost all of them lol).

Not a double event. Didn't new life festival last 2 weeks? I've been waiting on a double AP event for a long time now. I can understand the reasoning behind it. What if the double XP event for PVE also stripped CP away for the duration of the event? I spent 4K hours earning CP to Pvp and wanted an event for it. Now just won't have CP to earn the double ap. It will probably be the same AP gain.

It's important to remember that this isn't an "event" in the normal sense of the word. It's not a festival or an anniversary event or anything - it's a test to help them diagnose the Cyrodiil performance issues. Also, as per these quotes (emphasis added by me):

there are going to be other tests. This isn't a one-off. We don't know how many other tests there will be, or what the conditions are, but you can bet that some will include CPs, and they'll have some sort of incentive for people to get into Cyrodiil in order for them to get some proper stress testing going on.
