Good beginner healer set?

I'm nearing my first 160, and I'm wondering what a good beginner healer set would be, easily obtainable I suppose, then once I have a "good" set, I can focus on grinding out a better set.

For PvE.

Seducer or Kagernac's Hope are both crafted sets and very good for starting healers. You could even do both with a DW/resto set up.

Kags is a great beginner build but getting worm cult on veteran vault of madness and spell power cure on normal white gold tower is pretty easy after you are cp 160. I go three purple worm cult jewelry sharp fire staff and defending worm resto. Precise or powered would be good as well. I wear all divine but infused on big pieces of armor works. I wear divine worm belt belt to complete the five piece set on both bars.

Then I wear divine spell power cure on shoulder, chest, legs, gloves, and boots. I wear heavy divine Kena head for more spell damage which increases heals. Sure there is aether and stuff from trials but I have never found a trials guild on NA PC. I would rather wear two five piece sets than run vma weapons or a monster set.

Sorcerna, proud beta sorc. RIP April 2014 to May 31 2016 DArk Brotherhood. Out of retirement for negates and encases. Sorcerna will be going back into retirement to be my main crafter Fall 2018. Because an 8 k shield is f ing useless. Died because of baddies on the forum. Too much qq too little pew pew. 16 AD 2 DC. 0 EP cause they bad, CP 2300 plus 18 level 50 toons. NA, PC, Grey Host#SORCLIVESMATTER actually they don’t or they wouldn’t keep getting nerfed constantly.

I've read some guides and asked other people, I have a friend going to craft me 5x Kags and 4x Julianos (2 are desto and resto staffs) 4x divine and 3x infused, desto staff is going to be sharpened, resto is Precise.

also just bought 3x willpower jewelry.

Is this going to be any good? I'm only going to slowly get into grinding other stuff, so focusing on dungeons so I can gain more experience with healing, etc.

Absolutely! This is a great starting setup.
Don't forget to enchant the armor and weapons and that you can change the enchantments on the jewelry too. I would recommend all magicka on the armor (or one health if it's an issue, although a heavy chest and medium legs with the rest light would be better if you are choosing between the two).

I like spell power enchants for the jewelry, although if sustainment is an issue having one or several as magicka recovery is good to.

Weapons, there are lots of options. I like spell power on the restoration staff (also boosts your healing) and crushing on the destruction staff, but you also have options that will give you a damage shield or provide magicka or health return, so go with whatever you need for survival. A healer who is dead most of the time doesn't help anyone, regardless of how big your heals are when alive.

    Good luck! :)
