Just call MS. tell them you have been through the whole factory reset and reinstall process and now you want a refund and subs canceled as you are paying for a service they cannot provide.. they have to do it.. its the law.. otherwise ask to speak with a supervisor and get results.. once they have canceled it, reset xbox.. re-sub within eso and it will work.. You have to tell them what to do cause not all of them know exactly how to fix the issue..
