Vampire buffs not working

I am not sure what I am missing but I am a stage 4 vampire and have all the abilities slotted and none of the buffs show up except my vampirism level. Is it currently bugged?

If you mean that it doesn't show up on any buff tracking addon then don't fear, they won't. They are still working, just won't be shown on buff trackers.

I mean they don't show up on the character screen and changing bars to one that has no abilities doesn't change any of my stats like magicka recovery. I don't see any of them listed in the normal ui

IN normal UI it will just say vampirism stage 4 . You don't see that on your character sheet ? Is you sneak speed increased still ?

hmmm ok, I haven't played in over a year, it used to show the passive buffs in there.

That's because you used to only get the buff when a skill was slotted.

Nows it's a passive.

no you dont need vamp skills slotted for buff anymore. you wont see a change when swaping weapons because you dont need the skills. it is already on both.
