Why should it, main use is to escape in PvP or from guards. One morph makes is offensive, but they made it too expensive for this to be practical.

Simply putting up invisible walls solves this and other possible off path methods.
Has never though of using bolt escape for jumping however.

agree with you. They fixed this out of map exploit 2 (!) times (one time bridge way, and when another way was found, they fixed it silently) but this exploit is still here.

even whole way how it was made is too suspicious.there is no single reason in this game why this need to even exist. every stone to jump and possible way to trigger fight for purpose of opening the wall... No way it's accident. Someone payed and someone got it. And they still holding this way.

But… why Rakkat didn't just reset if he has no target to focus, like every overworld mobs ? Just make his timer one minute if you're afraid of a buggy reset in the middle of a normal fight, but still, one minute will totally prevent these types of exploits.

Nobody knows for how long these exploits are going on. Nobody knows if there are other ways to exploit the boss. Under such circumstances Zenimax should revert all the vMOL related achievements along with fixing it once and for all. Guilds who got their achievements in a legit way can definitely earn their titles back afterwards.

They have no incentive to fix these so the time it takes will reflect that. As long as they exist, people have a motivation to buy from the crown store.

Just send a PM to all the normal people, Gina, Jessica, Kai, Finn, Rich and one of them will see it and get it to the right people.

Also make sure to bug report in game.

I wonder how much time people spend trying to find exploits instead of just playing the game, it is a shame really, I guess because I get more satisfaction out of playing legit I can never under stand the mind set of the cheater/exploiter player just seems shallow and they cheat themselves out of a good game experience but then again I dunno, it is a shame zos is so slow to plug these holes and there QA is really bad I am sure the catch a few things but they sure miss a lot to.
