I don't understand, what exactly is the point? The video just shows him going off the map. Now if that route skipped a large portion of the dungeon then I can see how bad it is.

How is the person in the video exploiting? People post videos and pictures of going out of maps all the time. Now if he killed the boss thay would be another story I think.

Incorrect. As "advantage" is a subjective indicator, it's up to the developers to decide whether or not an action goes against its intended use. In this case, the team has to decide whether Bolt Escape was ever intended for non-combat parkour and the consequences that have come from that freedom.
