Character missing from my account

So I bought ESO in Dec 2015 through Steam and played for a few months, then took a break. A few days ago I decided to return for the Morrowind hype and see what new features have been added to the game. So I re downloaded through Steam and when I logged on my two characters were missing. It took me straight to character creation. I checked on the EU server as well and there were no characters there either. I had an Imperial Templar named Dragora Danari around level 25-30 which is misssing as well as an alt. I never deleted them so I dont know why they are missing or gone from my account. I also paid for crowns and costumes and things on that character and those are all missing from my account as well, so I am not only missing out on the time I put into that character but I am missing all the items I paid money for in the crown store. Even if i was willing to start over I can't even buy those items from the store anymore since they are a limited time only deal.
I have put in several tickets to customer support but I have gotten nothing but automated responses for 3 days and am starting to get frustrated. If anyone has any helpful ideas or anyone from Zenimax could help me out I would really appreciate it.
