logitech g502 mouse doesnt want to work in the game

works fine outside the game, but i cannot click and make it work. example: i push esc to get to the settings menu. menu opens but i cant click to open sub settings or to change my game to full screen in the dropdown. can anyone help pls? i tried /reloadui and that didnt work. i can only guess i pushed something on my keyboard that did this. i am on a laptop.

ok whatever the problem was, it has gone away. sigh. no, not user error :P it was sure weird.

I have used my G502 with no problem. Check your firmware and drivers are up to date. Perhaps try windowed mode. Does the mouse work to move the screen around before you hit esc?

I've been having a weird issue with a G502 mouse since the housing update. Very rarely, and somewhat sporadically, my mouse will jump sensitivity for a brief second and the in-game camera goes out out of control. This mostly happens when looting or in the housing editor. I don't have any issues with any other games, in windows... just with ESO, and only since the Housing update.

Since you've had odd G502 issues have you experienced anything like that?

maybe, but if sporadic, i cannot confirm . i will try to note if that happens. my problem has not returned. but sometimes the mouse just gets sloppy.
