I don't mind resources and keeps giving AP rewards for being captured by players. The rewards motivate players that like to play for the campaign and makes it easier for such people to get AP in often bigger groups.
The problem I have with the current implementation, is the lack of any such cooldown between when a keep is captured and the reward given.
At this time of writing, we have a group of EP and DC on PC EU taking it in turns to flip Nikel back and forth between them without repairing anything.
If there was a 5-minute cooldown between keep capture and the given reward, it would make this much less open to abuse.
I think the cooldown should be placed on the keep/resource/outpost and not the player.
