I paid for a pre-order purchase of Morrowind Standard Upgrade for $42.74 (tax included), realized that I had made a mistake, and pre-ordered the Morrowind Digital Collectors Edition for $64.19 (tax included) as well. I ordered them from the Elder Scrolls Online Store. Both transactions have already gone to my bank. Could you possibly refund $42.74 for the Standard Edition Purchase? I only need one upgrade and I will definitely be using the Digital Collectors Edition. If I can, please tell me how I would go about doing so.
