Fighting while Invisible

We have encountered a few individuals that are fighting with what appears to be an exploit of invisibility. This isn't the usual hit and run, but actually getting off several hits and never breaking stealth to do it. Has anyone else encountered this as well? Is this a new exploit that should be reported or is there something else going on. This doesn't seem to be a rendering issue. I've had a few people tell me it's an exploit, but I don't want accuse anyone falsely. Does anyone have info on this?

Yup. No exploiting required. ZOS is providing invisibility randomly. Just wait your turn.

Try browsing this forum a bit more next time and realise that it isn't an exploit it's a bug since the new patch. The link is the first after your OP.

Not everyone is trying to exploit, indeed nobody would need to exploit to fight your group.
