Impulse horrible change

You now have to click, choose the target area and click again making this twice be slow and aids to use. Also doesn't really make sense as a staff skill. I wish they had left as is.

Anyone know if both morphs are like this?

There's a setting that makes it fire automatically on cursor (one click). It's less precise but faster.

What do you mean doesn't make sense as a staff skill? Point of a staff is to keep your distance. The change is amazing because you don't have to lick their armpit to use the skill.

This change is actually really good since you can now stand away from the danger and aoe all the mobs down. Much less risky then standing in the middle of everyone. And yes you can choose to make ground target abilities fire automatically so it's not slower. Just takes a bit of getting used to if you're weren't using that option before with other skills.

I believe so:

Settings--Gameplay--Quick Cast Ground Abilities--On (defaults to automatic, which makes negate instacast but other things (like shards) double cast).

You know what's more fun than that? Get 10 people together all sorcs and put curse on 1 person. ..you can see them literally just sighing with disbelief that a group actually did that to them.

This is definitely a buff to this skill. I love it on my mDK for keep defense. You just need to turn on auto cast of grown abilities.

Lol. I've been trying to get people to get together like this for ages. Never could do it. 10 of anything is devastating. Overwhelming force of unison. People don't take advantage of all the gtaoe in this game.
