Guys, this is not funny any more... I want to give you my money, I really do. I want to play this game.
But it looks like it is just not gonna happen.
Yes, it is all about this "Transaction is not authorized" thingy. I tried to pay for my account as I successfully did before in 2014 and 2015. And out of the blue - this error.
I read all the "helps", FAQs and forum discussions. I tried all my different cards from different countries and other payment methods.
Nothing. And now I am really frustrated about my account because as I saw in the forum treads, it looks like you are not able to resolve payment issues since 2014... Huh?
Then I created the ticket (170204-000157), thinking that I will be contacted soon and everything will be OK. 3 days later - no one even tried to reply to me, except "you-know-we-are-busy" robot. Is it some kind of a joke? How could you treat your customers like that??
Ok, I thought. I am stubborn, I am not going just sit and wait and give up and go to play other MMOs. There are time cards out there! Of course I could use one and happily play!! But wait... what do you mean "no cards available anywhere in the world"? Really??? Like really really? *but-why gif*
So I am here, 3 days later, not able to buy any addon, not able to access cool new content. And without any understanding if I should hope for something or not? You know, I am lazy. I do not remember ever post anything on the game forums... but this time you really got me.
I am sorry, but this is a very negative customer experience, sad and frustrating situation. I still keep hoping getting help, though... Please???
