Yet again "Transaction was not authorized"

Guys, this is not funny any more... I want to give you my money, I really do. I want to play this game.
But it looks like it is just not gonna happen.

Yes, it is all about this "Transaction is not authorized" thingy. I tried to pay for my account as I successfully did before in 2014 and 2015. And out of the blue - this error.
I read all the "helps", FAQs and forum discussions. I tried all my different cards from different countries and other payment methods.
Nothing. And now I am really frustrated about my account because as I saw in the forum treads, it looks like you are not able to resolve payment issues since 2014... Huh?

Then I created the ticket (170204-000157), thinking that I will be contacted soon and everything will be OK. 3 days later - no one even tried to reply to me, except "you-know-we-are-busy" robot. Is it some kind of a joke? How could you treat your customers like that??

Ok, I thought. I am stubborn, I am not going just sit and wait and give up and go to play other MMOs. There are time cards out there! Of course I could use one and happily play!! But wait... what do you mean "no cards available anywhere in the world"? Really??? Like really really? *but-why gif*

So I am here, 3 days later, not able to buy any addon, not able to access cool new content. And without any understanding if I should hope for something or not? You know, I am lazy. I do not remember ever post anything on the game forums... but this time you really got me.

I am sorry, but this is a very negative customer experience, sad and frustrating situation. I still keep hoping getting help, though... Please???

    will update this thread daily with current status.

    Updating the thread with the results:

    - support contacted me today;
    - my account was updated to reflect new country;
    - payment with the card from the new country processed successfully (do not forget to flush the cash and cookies before)

    It was mostly in the court of Customer Support but I'm glad they were able to assist. :)

    I have the same problem now that you cant buy GameTimeCards anymore.

    Tried to pay for my ESO+ via Onlinebanking (Giropay Option) like i did before they introduced GameTimeCards (between 4/5/2015 und 9/17/2015) and i get the same Error-Message as the OP.

    Maybe @ZOS_CoriJ can 'help' me as well. :wink:

    I already wrote a ticket (170214-001768) and contacted Giropay. Giropay confirmed in the meantime that my Bank is still a contract partner and there shouldnt be any problems.
